NEW COVERS!

The end of the year is approaching and that’s always an exciting time for planner fans, so we’ve decided to add a big assortment of new covers.

We’ve added some completely new categories, different designs and a variety of new colours. We hope you like them.

START YOUR 2024 AGENDIO

It’s now September, fall is coming and planner fans are thinking about planners for 2024. You can now order your agendio starting on any date in 2024.

If you plan to split your 2024 agendio into January/July, or January/April/July and October, all dates are now available.

SVENSKA, NEDERLANDS, NORSK AND MORE

We have just added more languages from more countries: Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium and Iceland.

All are now available in your agendio. That now makes ten languages.

When you choose a foreign-language agendio, the labels for your days and months as well as assorted other labels will be in your selected language. For example, Monday or January could become Mandag or Januari.

And because agendios offer full customization, you can also select to include Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Belgian or Icelandic holidays, as well as selected religious holidays, in their native tongue in your planner.

With our new language options, these agendios will look as local as other European planners, but they’ll be more customizable.

AGENDIOS – NOW IN ITALIAN AND GERMAN

We have just added Italian and German as new languages available in your agendio. That now makes five languages, including English, Spanish and French.
When you choose a foreign-language agendio, the labels for your days and months as well as assorted other labels will be in your selected language, for example Lunedi or Montag.

And because agendios offer full customization, you can also select to include Italian, German and Austrian holidays, as well as selected religious holidays, in their native tongue in your planner. So your agendio will look as it would in Italy or Germany.

We plan to add more languages this summer, so tell us if you have a preferred language!

NEW DECORATIVE ELASTICS

We have just added some beautiful new decorative elastics.

For those of you who are not yet familiar with them, they are stylish elastics featuring a metal charm attached to a high quality black elastic.

They’re not attached to your planner, so you can use them year after year as long as you buy the same size planner.

We have added five new models, including a feather and a triskelion (If you don’t know what a triskelion is, you can see it and all the other new decorative elastics on our website in the features section.

REPRINT YOUR AGENDIO

We’ve received more requests lately from customers asking how to reprint an agendio. We haven’t mentioned this in a while, so we decided to resend our how-to email. It’s very simple:

  • Go to your account, scroll down to the Products section and look for the agendio you wish to reprint;
  • Roll over Options and click on Update & Re‑order. This will bring you to the Builder and load your agendio automatically;
  • Review each section of the Builder to be sure that every part of your agendio is customized as you want it. In particular, check that your activities and events are still correct, that the dates are still valid and that your cover details are as you want them to be;
  • Once you’re sure that all is good, add to cart and checkout.

And while we’re showing you the rollover, it’s a good time to remind you of some of the other options we offer on the account page:

  • Order details: See a summary of your order. Very useful if you think you made a mistake;
  • Preview planner: The same preview as on the review page;
  • Add to models library: Select this option to add every model in your agendio to your models library;
  • Modify my order: After you make a purchase, we allow you to make small modifications to your agendio, such as adding a forgotten event.

HOW MANY SIZES OF SPIRALS?

Did you know that Agendio stocks 17 different sizes of spirals in its inventory?

It’s more than other planner companies carry, but it’s important to us to know that no matter how you customize your agendio, your binding will always fit perfectly.

And if you want us to use a bigger size of spiral because you use stickers or you fill your planner pockets to bursting, you can ask for your spiral to be upsized by up to three sizes.

MORE POCKET OPTIONS!

A month ago we added two new pocket options: The first was one pocket in front. The other was two pockets, one in front and one in back.

We got some great feedback on the update, and many of you immediately ordered planners with two pockets. We also received feedback asking a very reasonable question: Can we also offer two pockets in back?

Of course we can and we did! We just added that option for you on both printed cover/spiral-bound and wrap cover/wire-o-bound agendios.

VIOLET HIGHLIGHTS!

Our recent addition of orange as a highlight color was a big success. We received some great feedback and we’re seeing a lot of text with orange highlights.

We also received a lot of feedback to our question if you thought five highlight colors was enough. The overwhelming response was no! followed by requests for one more color: lavender / violet / purple.

So now we’re up to six highlight colors, including violet. We’re looking forward to seeing all the ways you’ll use those colors.

STUFF I USUALLY FORGET

We often see interesting Extra pages created in our Builder, and I wanted to share a recent one with you: Stuff I usually forget.

The idea is to include one or two pages in your agendio on which you write all the little things that you often forget, because there isn’t a good place to keep track of them.

For example:

  • Who is on your home alarm contact list and when you last updated it
  • Where the house water shut off valve is
  • Where the passports are
  • Who you have lent things to and when

What have you forgotten that you wished you had written down? Tell us and we’ll see if we can assemble a page to help remember those details.
