Current Opportunities

Graphic Designer


Develop website and web application designs that are responsive and scalable across a variety of devices, screen sizes, platforms and orientations. Create concepts, art direction and layouts for websites and devices, online campaigns, banner ads, email blasts and viral marketing.


  • 2-5 years of digital design experience, designing consumer facing applications, websites and mobile experiences.
  • An ability to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
  • Exceptional skills in ideation, conception, brainstorming, and UI asset production
  • Fluency with design tools and essential computer programs
  • Strong knowledge of web protocols such as CSS and HTML5
  • A solid understanding of both the graphic and functional aspects of web and mobile design
  • Portfolio showing breadth and/or applicability of UI Design work
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to our cross-functional team

Developer (PHP)


  • Create and implement code using PHP, JS, MYSQL, AJAX, XML and SVG to further the development of our complex web-based application.
  • Produce detailed specifications.
  • Solve complex architectural challenges.
  • Write “clean”, well-designed code.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the existing codebase including databases.
  • Participate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Follow industry best practices.


  • Proven software development experience in PHP and MySQL
  • Familiarity with AJAX, XML and SVG
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JS, HTML5, and CSS
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current applicable web technologies
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and code versioning tools
  • Understanding MVC design patterns and object oriented PHP programming
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
  • Some familiarity with graphic design and print layout is a plus.
  • University degree
