• Engage in hacking, spamming or flooding;
• Access or use (or attempt to access or use) another user's content without permission;
• Transmit any viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive items;
• Modify, adapt, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the service;
• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or displayed on any portion of the service;
• "Frame" or "mirror" any portion of the service without our prior written authorization;
• "Data mine", retrieve or index or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure of the service, whether by spider, robot, or other manual or automatic device or process;
• Harvest or collect information about users of the service.

We will terminate your access to and use of the service immediately if you do not comply with the above rules.

Agendio Inc. makes efforts to display accurately all attributes and descriptions of our products, including fonts and colors; Nonetheless, your computer may not accurately display fonts and colors.

All planners, inserts and notebooks created at Agendio.com are sold on the basis of single and sole usage.

Furthermore, they must include adequate personalization to ensure that the planners, inserts or notebooks, as printed, are personalized for the exclusive and sole use of the owner.

No reproduction of any Agendio printed or digital product is permitted, excluding for limited reasonable-use provisions.

— TRANSLATION: When you make a planner, insert or notebook at Agendio.com, you make it for yourself. It cannot be made in such a way that it could be used as a generic item by other people, and you cannot copy it or distribute it.

By entering content to the site you represent and warrant that the content:

• Is owned by you or that you have permission to use it.
• Does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
• Does not invade any individual's right of privacy or publicity;
• Does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Does not include malicious code, which includes, without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information (including Personal Data);
• Does not break the law, facilitate the breaking of the law, or violate any applicable regulation or Agendio.com rule or policy;
• To the best of your knowledge, all factual information in the Content you upload is true and accurate, and the use of any recipe, formula, or instruction in the Content will not result in personal injury to any person. Despite all this, Agendio.com cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of Content.

When you enter content on the Agendio.com website, you are responsible for any information that you upload that could be used to identify you, including but not limited to your personal phone number, e-mail address, Social Security number or a government-issued ID number.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account, which will be visible to you both at the time you select your template and on multiple purchase review screens. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. If you are a customer shipping to a country that is not the US or Canada, you will also be responsible for paying any applicable duties relating to your purchases.

— TRANSLATION: You are responsible for the charges you incur for what you buy including charges for taxes and duties.

Agendio provides shipping delivery times as listed in the FAQ. Clients are expected to familiarize themselves with these shipping durations and act in consequence, so as to minimize the risk of receipt later than anticipated, especially during busy shipping seasons, such as the Christmas period. Agendio will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from deliveries that fall within listed shipping durations.

Agendio Inc. has no control over the shipping of purchases once the items have left our facilities. As a result, title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you once we hand over your package to our carrier. Furthermore, you agree that a signed courier delivery slip or an unsigned delivery date stamp provided by the United States Postal Service, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post or any other legitimate Postal Service to the address provided at the time of purchase shall be deemed to constitute additional proof of delivery.

— TRANSLATION: You are responsible to buy early enough to receive your purchase within the time period you need it. We will consider that you have received your purchase once the postal service has a record of delivery to the address you provided when you made your purchase.

All purchases made at Agendio.com are considered to be custom-built for the purchaser's unique needs. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges or to provide refunds once production of the item has begun.

However, if your agendio is not yet in production, you can cancel your order and receive a partial refund, or you can un-purchase your agendio and receive a credit in your account for the full value of your order.

Agendio.com provides a review screen to allow clients to verify every aspect of his or her purchase before agreeing to purchase. It is the client's responsibility to use this screen correctly for this express purpose

Agendio.com also follows clear quality control policies to minimize the incidence of production problems.

Agendio will not accept responsibility or allow returns for orders that have been assembled as directed by the client through the use of Agendio.com

Should you have reason to believe that your agendio does not conform to your reasonable expectations, please contact us and explain your situation briefly. Our policy is to reply to general enquiry emails within two business days or less. If your point is reasonable and valid, Agendio will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement copy.

The Agendio.com referral program rewards registered Agendio.com members who refer friends and family that are not yet registered and that register for the first time and purchase a planner, insert or notebook.

Referral discounts can be used towards future purchases of products at Agendio.com. They have no monetary value other than that declared by Agendio.

Referrers receive a discount in their account for each recipient (the referred person) who clicks on the referral link and registers and subsequently purchases a planner, insert or notebook. The credits are applied automatically to the referrer's next purchase.

There is no maximum number of referrals a referrer is allowed to make.

Referrers cannot give or lend credits to another member.

Recipients must register and order with the same email address used to refer them. Recipients who receive more than one referral may click on any number of links and as many times as they want, but one recipient can instigate a maximum of only one credit to one referrer.

Credits are valid for 25 months from the time they are added to a referrer's account. Agendio reserves the right to cancel or suspend the referral program at any time.

Agendio.com may offer promotions and/or feature surveys from time to time, and these may be governed by specific rules that are separate from this Agreement. If you participate in any promotion or survey, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules, which will be linked from such Promotion, and to review our Privacy Policy that, in addition to these Terms, governs any information you submit in connection with such activities. Please review the specific rules applicable to any promotion in which you participate. To the extent that the terms and conditions of such rules conflict with these Terms, the terms and conditions of such rules shall control.

All promotions at Agendio.com are subject to the following rules:

• Each promotional offer claim code may be used only once per purchase;
• Only one promotional claim may be applied to a purchase. If two simultaneous promotions are in force and both apply to a specific purchase, the customer must choose between them and use only one of them per purchase.
• The offer must be redeemed at our Site, Agendio.com for the purchase of a planner, insert or notebook
• Each offer is valid for a limited time only;
• If the offer has a minimum purchase value requirement, taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward that requirement;
• The offer cannot be applied to orders already placed at Agendio.com;
• The offer's cash value is 1/100th of a cent.
• The offer is not redeemable for cash;

Technical, maintenance and other issues may make Agendio.com unavailable from time to time. Agendio makes no commitment, warranty or guarantee that the Site will operate in a timely, uninterrupted or error-free manner, or that the Site will meet User's purposes. Agendio may also in its discretion modify the features, availability, operation and/or look and feel of the Site from time to time without notice to our users.

We reserve the right, to discontinue any product, to deactivate any promotional code, to cease honoring any coupon or promotion or to bar any customer from making a purchase at any time.

Our website offers various features with which you can select and/or save holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates. These features are provided solely as a convenience and we cannot guarantee that these features will work accurately at all times. We are not responsible for any damages caused by your use of this feature.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Agendio.com may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately for any reason, with or without cause and without prior notice to you. Upon cancellation, you will cease all use of the service.

You may cancel your registration by logging into your account and selecting the option to cancel account. After this step, your account will no longer be accessible and the contents will be deleted within 30 days. If you choose to terminate your registration, the terms of this Agreement regarding any content you have uploaded remain applicable. All provisions of this Agreement relating to payment, commissions, service fees, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and proprietary rights shall survive termination. Furthermore, Agendio shall not be liable to you or any third party as a result of canceling your account and/or deleting any information, files or materials related to your account. In addition, Agendio shall have no obligation to make the deleted information, files or materials available to you following the cancellation of your account.

We reserve the right at any time to change all or any part of these terms. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by any means including, without limitation, posting on the service or by electronic mail. Your continued use of the service after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of these Terms

These terms shall remain effective until terminated as set forth herein.
